How closely do supervisors oversee care to ensure quality?

First, DOHC makes it a point to match a client with an aide he or she will have a good rapport with. We then continuously talk directly to our clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service their receiving. Furthermore, we periodically supervise visits.

What type of employee screening is done?

All our caregivers are screened and personally interviewed. A detailed background check through the state of Florida is performed. In addition, our caregivers are required to have a valid driver’s license.
